Feadship Delivers 101M "Symphony"

Dutch superyacht builder Feadship has delivered one of its latest creations, the 101-meter superyacht "Symphony". She was launched earlier this year under hull number 808 and caused significant stir on her transit from the yard through the narrow waterways and canals. Since then, she conducted a battery of seatrial tests and passed with flying colours and with all final fitout work completed, Symphony has been handed over to her owner.

Symphony has an exterior design by Tim Heywood while De Voogt Naval Architects did the Naval Architecture design. This superyacht is a major crowning achievement for Feadship not only because of the complexity of the build but also the size and the logistics involved with having her moved from the yard through the narrow confines of the various canals. Currently ex. hull 808 represents the largest build by Feadship at 101.5-meters, marginally replacing the 99-meter "Madame GU". As expected, Symphony boasts a number of luxurious features onboard. For convenience, this yacht has a helipad located on the bow. There is a sizable pool on the aft main deck that if-needed, can be put in contra-flow mode to provide infinite swimming. A large Gym, Saunas and jacuzzis also exist onboard. Symphony has accommodation for sixteen guests using a palatial VIP-type suite to house two, the owner's is for them and another person and twelve guests are spread out across six other staterooms. Guests will be easily taken care of onboard with her many toys and watersports equipment. She has three Pascoe International tenders, the largest being nearly 10-meters, for shuttling around her guests.
