Decal / Transponder Online Procurement System (DTOPS)

I used the Decal program faithfully for 14 years and always placed the sticker next to the FL registration sticker.
Never been boarded or asked to come to the office except when I had foreign nationals onboard.
Recently downsized to a boat under 30 feet and found out I no longer qualified for the Decal program.
Had old LBO (Local Boater Option) cards laying around and searching the official web pages found out the name changed to SVRS (Small Vessel Reporting System) had to register the LBO cards on the SVRS page as well as take a trip to the CBP office to update with new passports.
