Sigh...Absolutely gorgeous! Any more pictures?
^^^ What he said and thanks for the links too.
Gorgeous indeed! +1 on more pix.
Thanks folks. Its been a long hard road on many levels to get there. Im now back at work on a refit in Holland and already counting the days until I finish my rotation and get to use her!
My next leave will also involve a trip to the midwest to check on her straight eight Packards that are being rebuilt
You know you have something special when a senior member of the De Vries family tells you he has boat envy
That is gratifying.
If you follow the two links there are tons of pictures. One link is of the finished product and her story. The other is a full set of photos of the restoration.
If you will upload a sampling of pics to a new thread on YF titled "1949 Luders Commuter Restoration", we may place this on the front page of YF, which would be seen by a lot more readers. If you upload a good number of pics (before, during and after restoration), along with details on each pic, it will be permanently archived on YF and I should be able to index it well in Google, which will put a lot more eyeballs on the build.
Sorry, but we don't redirect traffic to external links, especially FB.
Oh Yea, Great plan.
Look forward to this.
