If you like the Tiger Horse (the name does'nt sound familiar to me, has it re-named?) you may like these other fine examples of our retired coastal tugs...

This is yacht refitting tugboat style. Lots of lumber and $$$!

I have been on-board SS. Master, it's very original indeed. The Steam engine room reminds me of the nightmare known as "Das Boot".

Here is "ebitibi", now Vancouver's favorite "booze boat", on a hot summer day you can hear it coming miles away with the music blaring.

If it is a booze boat it probably is Abitibi!

Took a double take on this post. One of our members, David Reames, was the captain of Que Sera... but that was a '124 Delta and has since been sold. Not sure if it was renamed. David's no longer pushing off docks, he's pushing paper as Camper & Nicholson's charter fleet operations manager.

    Sorry to veer off topic..

"Sin or Swim" is in the Yacht Names thread. Still looking for it's cousin "Put Out or Get Out"...

No shortage of macho names out there.
I heard that they do poorly chartering to female clientele, ever since a yacht’s name was successfully used as a legal defence.

It's really a shame that some can't exercise a little more selectiveness (read: class) in naming their boats. I once saw a center-console named "In & Out Urge". The owner claimed it was because he kept the boat at an In & Out storage facility and called ahead when he got the Urge. One glance at the barely clad, society challenged women onboard his boat, suggested otherwise.

Well, I think the one name that takes the cake would be the infamous "Tits" and her two tenders "Nipple 1" and "Nipple 2."

She's long been sold and I think she's now named "Singha Lady."

    Money can't buy everything. ;)

At least those names are the minority.

Mind you, the delinquent side of me can appreciate the fun of flying in the face of convention and naming a yacht somewhat "improperly" but I think it's far more amusing to do so subversively.

Wasn't she renamed Claire? She was renamed again since then?

Last year I saw a 50 footer named "white trash", and ya, they were sitting on badly made lawn furniture, drinking wine from a box and gorging on a roasted chicken.
I though to take a photo, but didn't as I heard they were packing.
