    Total Success!!!!

I just did a 4 day trip to Catalina island and the batteries and charging set up worked flawlessly.

As a review, I have a starter battery and a house battery on switch #1. I have a different starter battery and a different house battery on switch #2.

On the cruise over I had the switch on "both" and arrived on the island with both sets of batteries fully charged. I immediately switched to position one (once I was secured to the mooring ball) and kept it there throughout the day and first night. The next morning I ran the generator for coffee and topped off the batteries, then switched to position #2.

I kept this up the entire trip and never came close to a low battery. This is the first time in my boating life that I didn't have any battery drama.

I highly recommend this set up to anyone who is having battery issues.

Thanks again to everyone for their input!!!!
