    Hi,

It should also be noted that the original Owner who named her is not the current Owner.

I did not know that she had changed hands. The new owner must have negotiated to retain the name. I guess he/she must be paranoid and superstitious!

    Hi,

The difference between what the build Owner paid and what the current one paid would be a large lottery win in anyone's money.

    Hi,

Not got any idea what boat it is but would say it was taken opposite what is or was the Pelican Bar at Pier 66 in Ft Lauderdale.

    1. photo way too big.

    2. Didn't this thing pop up in the Rogues thread?

    3. How does it pertain to this thread?

    Hi,

I would go as far as to guess that the first time poster saw the title "Need a little help please....." and assumed if one is looking for help such as identifying a boat then this would be a good place to post it.

As he only has one post under the name above I would say it must be someone else with the same photo if it has appeared elsewhere on here.

It appears that the photo has been re sized but it never seemed very big to me in the first place.

The picture was 1032 pixels wide and 773 high, I have reduced it to 640 wide.

The boat is very similar to Blue Velvet (Blue Sky), but seems to be another one. Perhaps a Mulder design or a copy.

This post has been moved into a new thread. Not sure what the OP was thinking? The boat in question looks like one of the Kaiserwerft builds, but I seem to recall a Turkish knock-off a while back too? Either way, K1W1 got the geography right. The pic was taken on the intracoastal in Lauderdale, adjacent to Pier 66 and the Pelican Bar.

    "Charisma"....ex-"Goldeneye"...PR Marine....36m.....1998...

And, for extra credit, the vessel in the background within spitting distance of the Pelican Bar, was the old "Pattam", then (at the time the photo was taken in the fall of 2008) "Phoenix", a 130' Davies Shipbuilding ex-Canadian Fisheries-turned expedition yacht.

It doesn´t look like Charisma, unless she has had a major refit...

You're right, Lars...the foredeck scuppers, RPH window line, and portlights, to name a few, are different....but that Mulder hull/rising bow chine, sweeping radar arch, and main windows just shouted PR Marine at me.

    Hmmm.

"Goldeneye" = "Charisma" ? Same boat?

Looks like the 2001 Gulf Craft Phantom x Admira x Millennium which I believe was is a Mulder design

You are probably right, remove all the black "trim" and it seems to be the same boat as in this picture.

    Thanks

I am new here and this was my very first post. I didn't have permission to start a new thread so I posted there instead. (I didn't think it would be a big deal...) I had to resize the pic to under 200mb. (i didn't go by pixil size)

Anyways, thanks to those who helped.

    solved?

This boat does indeed seem to be a Gulf Craft. Likely from their 'Millenium' series, circa. 2001-2003, approx. 118', similar to the M/Y Phantom, last seen 'for sale' in Mallorca, Spain.

This one was in fact photographed in Florida. For REAL bonus points, anyone have the current name?

    Thanks again,
    Wolf

Saw this off the eastern shore of Crete last year. Never seen anything like it!!
Can anyone tell me who makes it and possibly who owns it?

I think they delivered plus five of these since 2007. So its not a one off and anyone could own a 115 Athena with the right cash in his pockets
