Blohm & Voss has one BV 80 in built. And that is what I call a spec boat on low speed production with no client on the horizon. They do not call it a spec boat, they are "just preparing a kasko for a potentional client" . The order book is empty. But Blohm & Voss Repair & Refit is busy and working like a swiss clockwork. On time, on budget and on quality. They have just finished a large refit on Queen Mary II again.
