She is again at MB92 in Barcelona but why?
She has been there three times since she has been delivered 2 years ago...

Warranty work, preparing for Summer Med season obviously, hence why she left the Caribbean early.

Just had contact with wajer and wajer yachts Wajer & Wajer Yachts - Home

He told me that they had recieved an order for a new Wajer Osprey 34 as a tender for Eclipse.
Delivery will be at the end of the year.

Lol Actually that is how alot of orders for yachts and tenders happen. Owners seeing one in operation for themselves, liking it and then wanting one as well.

The Olympics end on Sunday - but the Para-Olympics are still to come. What does that do to the betting odds? :)

Umbra, Eclipse's shadow vessel, has its ais signal turned off for two days now (still shows in Barcelona). If they are going to London, why is it turned off? I would guess they are going somewhere else.

I really do love the names: Eclipse & Umbra, someone has to have a sweet spot for astronomy! Check out wikipedia on it...

To compare their sizes Umbra looks more like a Tender of Eclipse not a Shadow.:)

A friend on mine(boss of wajer yachts) had spoken to one of the captains of Eclipse.
The captain was making a test run on a tender they had ordered from his yard(wajer osprey). He had told my friend that when Eclipse is at anchor and to keep the generators running it costs 8000,- dollars a day......just to keep the generators working!!!!
And the reason why they where at Barcelona for such a long time was because the paint was falling of Eclipse, so they had to repaint the whole yacht.
