    Not that I have a dog in this one, but if you have a type 2 treatment system, are you allowed to pump over board in these areas or does it still require pumpout and log?

    I also have one Type II head. Chlorine treated it is safe to dump over.
    While NOT in a NDZ (No Discharge Zone) explained below, you can process and dump within the 3 mile line.

    As far as a log goes for Seattle, you may have to dig into your areas requirements. This seems to be a state by state thing I'm just learning about.
    I have not a clue about upper left coast.

    Seems like an opportunity for the mobile pump out service providers to also promote this and provide the documentation for the owner's.
