Hi, when you furl/unfurl your mainsail, make sure the mast is not backtrimmed. It should be as straight as possible to make furling easy.
Thank you AMG for the tip. I will check it the next time, we prefer not to have mast rake, as the tension adjuster is placed on the backstay facing aft, requiring a winch handle to operate it. It's not practical for constant use.
Ive had a bit of difficulty with my roller furled sails as well. Rig need to be adjusted a bit at first I guess. I love my boat in any case. I have an older 2005 46ยด
