The good old days Lars, when both of us were still young and crispy, now we are just "and" :p.

I love roof racks on sportscars... it's a great look.

Fine looking car, I probably could not fit in it.
Glad there are no roof racks there.

This is the car I had the most fun with. The last PMS sealed RSR crate motor, air jacks, fuel cell, solid motor mounts, racing fly wheel, 2450# for most racing and weight added for a few classes. Many wins at Watkins Glen and VIR. Sebring was never kind to us.

I’m sure the Singer is a beast, I’ll roll with the Straat Adventures 911

Same here. The Singer is basically a race vehicle... not a daily. The Straat would be perfect I think. I'm digging the "all-terrain sportscar" idea in general (Ariel Noman, anyone?).

I've come to realize that perfect roads are so few and far between (especially around here) that exotic sportscars are wasted if you don't spend a lot of time on a track. I'd rather drive something that can take abuse, potholes, broken pavement, etc. but still be engaging to drive.

What years were you racing that? I started spending more time at races in the very late 90s... Speedvision World Challenge era, some Motorola Cup / Grand Am series too.

I'm not sure how I haven't posted pictures of my cars in here... This is Rachel. 69 Camaro. Currently nearing completion some mods, including new suspension, new tires/wheels, and a brand new 540 Big Block build.

72 E-type V12, fully rebuild and restored a couple of years ago. I ve had it for 21 years now and have driven it To or thru 43 states so far

1981 Alfa Romeo GTV6, we bought it 4 years ago from the original owner in Annapolis. Half the cylinders but just as much fun thanks to the fantastic Busso V6 and 50/50 weight distribution.

YES ! It is an amazing car and it gets 20mpg or more . It has a G force meter in the infotainment center and it shows how much it pushes you into the seats when you nail it . Handles like no other .

Not a roof rack, but rather a ski rack on the trunk of my old 62 Corvette

Maybe it's just in my DNA, but there are few sounds better than a Porsche 911. Put it in the woods, and it only gets better.

Those bits of the clip with the cars on the limiter in top gear... oh, so, good!
