€0.62 a litre last time I was there against €1.17 a litre if bought in Germany.

And Excellence V is still at A&R, for a long time now.

Well...the 78-meter obviously builds faster since it is on a similar hull to three other 78-meter vessels from the same yard. "Amaryllis" will be custom in her own way as well. "Excellence V" on the other hand...a bit smaller but remember she was launched a bit after...she should be delivered soon though. She was to be finished so she can spend time for the Winter Season in the Caribbean.

I think A&R lifted Excellence V out of the water again.

They must be getting good at that by now given the number of times it has been up and down on the synchrolift.

I have heard that the sea trials were not a 100% success and after the mechanical things are fixed it will be going back in the shed for cosmetic things to be corrected.

Personally I think that Amaryllis is with her blue hull the best looking 78metre yacht of A&R, she has a nice pool on the sundeck!

That photo was probably taken from the car park building at Ocean Terminal in Leith.

It is a very similar if not the same position that the photo was taken in the link you posted the other day.

and to think I thought her mast used to be only lit blue...so I guess it is a multi-colour system. Here seen in yellow...

Yes that is correct. She is the fifth sister to "Amaryllis", "TITAN", "C2" and "Eminence". She should be around 78.43-meters LOA with a design by Reymond Langton.

Regarding 'Excellence V', she has not been delivered yet.
But I found a nice video of her where you can see that her mast has similiar wings as 'Mogambo' or 'Graffiti' - Same designers..

Nice nameplate on the "Amaryllis", not sure it looks anything like a flower though.

For those who waited with long-held breath, the brand new 78-meter "Amaryllis" by Abeking and Rasmussen is up for charter from June through Hill Robinson.

I personally think that the long-held breath waiting was it not worth from what I can see of the interior... but it is the owner's yacht so his taste..

I have been lucky enough to have a good look onboard her, the photos online do not do her any real justice, the vessel is a lot more than a main deck saloon and a red tinged swimming pool.

I agree with K!W!, what we see there is only one interior photo so far. You can't possibly judge a 78-meter yacht on only one photo.
