Let me play the fool here. And maybe even anger Karl and Kevin. Is this he kind of "blind" and "multiple"voting that IS expected of YF members. Holly cow, we just condemned a new member for not properly using periods! I'm sure the competition photos are lousy, but has anyone looked at them? If you have and voted on that basis, cheers. Kevin is a good friend to this forum, but I cannot vote on a solicitation. it would demean all my other amateur opinions.

Don't you care why you are voting? How about me for the best looking guy in Cold Spring Harbor.... I'm ugly, but have you seen the other uglier guys. If you will vote for me from multiple IP addresses, I can win for sure!

BTW, do you have a teenage relative...look at his/her lack of punctuation or "old fashion" spelling.

Porsche and Nikon aficionados share similar DNA. They gravitate toward technical and advanced, folks that often pursue related information through expertise and opinions. These are the same folks that participate in forums! I'd put money on every one of the contestants using social media to increase 'awareness' of their pic, therefore this competition is not popularity contest. It's a race!

But kudos to Beau for showing the morals that make YF a better place!

Went through the images 3 times to find your photo Kevin. Now it will not allow me to vote.
As for Beaus comment, I would agree if this was a genuine voting system, however I would guarantee that every photographer is taking advantage of the system and getting friends to vote. If it were "serious" then each voter would have to register or similar.
