Never been on a Marlow, I understand they make a very good hull and the mechanical spaces are good. Yes they are finished very well.....the only problem with all that bright work, requires a ton of maintenance, my idea of fun is not spending two to three hours with a chamois wiping all of it down. I tried to board one during the FLIBS years ago, and was told there was a 6 hour waiting list...I don't wait 6 hours for anything. I had them take me off their mailing list. A company like that doesn't need my money.
There is most certainly a forum on YF for Marlow. If you read between the lines on a few threads, you may see some blemishes beneath the surface... http://www.yachtforums.com/index.php?forums/marlow-yacht.253/
I can tell you this much, a small wake from the stern hits their swim platform and sends spray shooting up onto the entire aft deck, makes the entire boat shudder and such if you're anchored or docked. Google Marlow and you'll read some very interesting articles about their business attitude and ethics. As for the show, I heard attendance was a bit lack luster this year compared to previous years.
