That is the Lazzara Algorythm. Met the owner and he is proud and loves the yacht. I do have daytime interior/exterior shots and they will be coming up. Did make friends with the captain of DAF and plan to get onboard in the coming weeks for more photos.

Milow, thanks for the compliment. Here's another artsy photo for you. Taillights from the Vet. Gotta love chrome.

The guy with the antannae in his hand is from the FCC and looking for cellphone extenders. In-shore, they really disrupt cellphone signals, and can start oscillating and knocking nearby cellphone towers offline. It's a $10,000 fine to have one in use in-shore and possibly until you get 3 miles offshore.

A friend of mines daughter was also doing flying demonstrations of the JetLev. It's my understanding they even sold a few units.

Nice to see and talk to you at the show Tom.

Your'e on the track, Capt J. He and another guy were from ATT looking for some form of booster/amplifier that was clobbering the cell signal in the area. Apparently they had an issue with the same yacht during FLIBS.

Bill, great to run into you and catch up. I'm sure if there was a bar close by we could have killed some cold ones. Keep in touch. Hope you followed up on the lead. Now back to our regularly scheduled program.

Yeah, there is a rental business in Key West that has one and rents it for $200 an hour. One of my customers did it and said it's a ton of fun.

    007. Maybe he figures that since someone else is using the names of the movies, he would use the name of the character.

Well CaptTom, you have really outdone yourself this time. Your coverage of this show is totally over the top!

Other work?? I hope you are working on a book that will include many of the shots you have shared with us here. Please don't make us wait too long!

Thanks very much. All in a days (and nights) work.

I'm planning a book, but not on my photography, at least not yet (I save the photos for my soon-to-be-launched website). The book will have to wait until I get some real free time to devote to it.
In the meantime, here's another artsy shot. Got the sun right at the top of the fore flag mast. Tweaked the colors a little to bring down the glare and enhance the blue. Kinda neat.

I will be looking forward to seeing them both.

Great shot. I hope they beam me up!

    :p

Here's a space-age toy. The Jet Lev is a cool device that can propel a user about thirty feet up. It's attached via hose to a "boat" that contains the water pump and gets pulled behind by the hose. Pretty cool to watch. Must be a blast to use.

I thought the jetlev thing was really cool! they were demoing it just as I drove up on sunday morning... Nonetheless at $100k its a bit much... I think there are a bunch of other cool toys to be had before that budget...

Any idea what the yacht slides go for? (Like the one on lady z, I cant remember their name reight now, something freestyle iirc... I have an ad somewhere)... Also wonder about those "jet surfboards", that you ride on like a surfboard but it has a engine...

Freestyle Slides, the model on Lady Z is called "Cruiser".

    Cheers.
