Do you know the history of the engine? When was it last run? Was it shut down or did it shut itself down? Clean fuel in the tank and valves on?
Make sure the e-stop hasn't been activated ( spring loaded flap on top of the blower, has to be manually reset if it was activated. What's the temperature there? Turn on the block heater if it's cold.

Are these DDEC engines or mechanical injectors?

DDEC. Im going to have DD expert check it out I just want to know what I'm getting into and what to expect. Also, to see if there is something I can do before I call them out.

Hopefully you have a second set of batteries for the DDEC computers and controls, all breakers, fuses and wire connects are good and these batteries are up to charge also.
If not a separate set of batteries, the cranking batteries, while spinning the engines may not give the computers enough voltage to keep running and they crash.
Still check all breakers, fuses and wire connects.

Check power going to DDEC computers and controls. But given the information given, it would be easier to consult a crystal ball. Just not enough info the give advice. Check the emergency shut down dampers (I can't remember if DDEC has them or not, all other DD's have them).

Check the shutdown button and make sure it is not stuck on.

Check Shutdowns from fire system if you have one installed. They fail fairly often...
