You can get Mod # and Ser # off the existing actual unit (not the cruise aire #). Replacing it is as simple as cutting the refrigerent lines...

Just so your aware you can replace just the compressor unit itself without havinig to go through Cruise aire. They are generic compressors brand...
I can not even imagine what would allow the boat owner to think he could put 27 souls on a 34' Silverton. I suspect the bridge was "fully" loaded...

I've probably replaced 4-5 panels over the years on my boat. As long as you have the broken panel any other EZ2CY shop can replicate it for you....
If your referring to the fan motor as the problem, I would suggest just removing the fan and motor yourself. Take it to any HVAC wholesale supply...
That is the only answer short of removing a window
