It appears that your sources have been wrong. She as sold at auction for "in excess of $30 million" which I would imagine is below her build cost....
I know this is somewhat old news now but would the asking price be somewhat close to the new build cost? The €75 million initial price was absurd...
What would be the price premium between a semi-custom build fully custom build, say in this size range? Given comparable finishes and size.
