Not sure they are new windows? The mullions/muntins might just have been painted black or dark grey...as they were white before.
One of the cool things about "Double Haven" is her Double Hulled Limo/commuter/fisher tender...I think she is called "Double Happiness".
Looks like the hull got resprayed and bottom job for sure.
