Historically, I think that would be an amazing place to visit... but it lacks the "jet-set" and fun-factor of Monaco.
For straight up coolness, I think Monaco is tops too. Even without the harbour, it's a place I've always wanted to visit... in fact I will one...
I've wondered about that particular tender myself actually... it looks more like a transport for stock and supplies than for people. I much prefer...
That's relative... WallyPower (arguably a very fast motoryacht) only does 9 knots at optimal speed for going a distance, and even then can only go...

Yep, that definitely looks like the port half of the cokpit. Messing with the instrument lighting and camera settings made it look completely...
