I've had a couple of fuel supply hoses do the same thing. The inner liner collapsed under vacuum and wouldn't allow fuel to flow.

Interstate Mcbee is a good source but unless that is an extremely low hour engine I wouldn't replace just one piston/ liner , I would replace them...
