My first thought is whomever wrote the listing got the numbers wrong.
High chrome can come from camshafts, the lobes. And piston rings.
The motors were not fitted with drain plugs. And, the coolers were changed ONLY because of oil analysis.
In response to your first statement: Yes, I have had an engine rebuilt due to oil analysis alone. We had an engine that was showing high copper....
It looks like the UHMWPE is used as the snubber, and is then shackled to the pendant. I would use a 3 strand nylon pendant with the snubber....
