The owner repeated his trick with the yacht name as he did with Topaz. The name of the yacht project became the yacht name.
Since the owner is the same as of old Topaz which has its name changed to A+ recently , I suggest the name of this new vessel could be TOPAZ -II.
No doubt the Legendary Yacht! Heidi Horten ordered her to overwhelm Bannenberg's Limitless which turned to be an enlarged version of Carinthia...

As to external design there are too many features of typical Heywood. Probably a mix of project May and project Topaz.
