I've just seen the bird's-eye view photos and it appears she has a sizeable jacuzzi on the top deck, lots of seating area all around but no aft pool.
I agree, the bow needs a couple of meters. Also, the stern looks too rectilinear. She looks like Mogambo - a successor, perhaps?
Considering her length I don't think she's a successor to either Ace or Areti, who are about the same size as Project Hawaii. But I might be wrong.
