Carinthia VII arrived in Hamburg on Monday and is now at Lürssen-Blohm & Voss for refit until March / April 2023

Can’t wait to see how she will come out of her refit. She is at her home yard for the refit if I recall correct?

One of my all time favs. Probably the second, Pelorus being on top. Beautifully designed yacht.

Tell me about it. American engines, I drove a Magnum 50 in the 90s with Caterpillar 3412 engines. Smoke like hell if you had to idle in port.
The 2 strokes had a great sound and a lot were around in the 80s.
Worst I've experienced were the ones in Carinthia 6 when it had three engines. The smoke had your eyes watering and set off a cough. Lines men would just walk off LOL

Yeah, her superstructure walls are now dark, and not white anymore.

    Oh it's true!!!
Not sure the light blue windows fit on black walls.
We have to wait and see...and keep fingers crossed.

Yes she looks very nice with that subtle change. Looking forward to see her interior.

I agree with most the subtle change looks great on her, you wouldn’t want to make a big design change to an iconic yacht like her. Well done.
