  1. Riva Unveils 76' Coupe' Model
Ferretti group member Riva just announced the unveiling of their newest model, the Riva 76 coupé. Literally just yesterday Riva unveiled what the new craft will look like and allowed the world to know that the first hull is already under construction to debut at marine shows Cannes Yachting Festival. The coupé styled yacht is a blend of sporty and style which shouldn't be surprising, it's a Riva! Despite her shape and lines which are sport oriented she is a sophisticated vessel even from just the external. However, the interior is where any sport ceases. The interior tends to reflect the idea of ‘simple complexity’, the interior décor of motor yacht Riva 76’ coupé is extremely refined and boasts original furnishing solutions, mixing up the brand’s traditional materials – wood, lacquered surfaces, leather, and stainless steels – with mirrored surfaces and marble. It is a stately affair. Plenty glazing is evident on the coupé too, from the main saloon to the master suite there is generous window offerings.
  2. As for the guest accommodation, the Riva 76 coupé proposes to sleep around six comfortably in three rooms. First, there is the spacious master suite, situated mid-ships and taking advantage of the large and ample windows. That room -as expected- has an ensuite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and even a relaxation region just to name a few of the features. Secondly there is a VIP-type suite and that room has similar features to the master. The last guest room is a twin cabin... two separate beds and natural access to a head. Besides being an Italian interior of sophistication, the coupé is also a performer. Below decks, house twin V-drive MAN V12, 1,550 MHP diesels, in the standard setup allowing for a 33-knot top speed and high-speed cruising at 29-knots. However, there is a more powerful package if the owner wanted that choice which would give a 37-knot top speed using MAN V12, 1,800 Hp engines. The first showing for the new Riva model is expected to be in Monaco at the Ferretti Group Première event.
