Sunseeker Delivers Second Sunseeker 101 Sport Yacht
UK yacht manufacturer Sunseeker has announced the delivery of the second hull in the new Sunseeker 101 Sport series. The first one is quite striking with her unique look and the second hull is more normal looking. On the interior, the new 101 Sport Yacht is spacious and appears even larger than she really is with good space planning and a pouring of natural light thanks to the large open saloon and the extensive glazing. The second hull showcases guest accommodation in four cabins. There is a large flybridge on the top deck and that provides a great entertaining area for guests. This part of the yacht boasts two lounge areas, a dining area, a sunpad and fully seated bar. This performance yacht will have a range around 700 nautical miles and the owner has the option of normal shaft or arneson drives. Depending on which option is chosen, the top end speed will vary.....
Tecnomar Nadara 40-meter Motoryacht "Low Profile" Delivered
Admiral Tecnomar announces the formal delivery of the Nadara 40-meter motoryacht "Low Profile". The triple-deck all-aluminium motoryacht features accommodation for ten guests in five cabins inclusive of a full-beam master suite. The two-toned grey paintjob runs easy of the eyes with a darker grey on the hull and a much softer/lighter grey on the superstructure. The Master Suite as said before is full-beam in nature and is situated forward on the main deck. It benefits from large rectangular windows to welcome masses of natural light to that part of the interior. Admiral delivers 45-meter motoryacht "Flying Dragon"
Admiral Yachts has announced the delivery of the Admiral Regale 45 motor yacht "Flying Dragon" -ex. Capri-. The fast planing yacht was entirely constructed in aluminum. She is a performance boat with the ability to access a top speed of 27-knots. She is a raised pilot house design yacht, with an elegant light blue hull enriched by a blue dragon graphic on both sides, which has been designed by Dobroserdov Design. Moving to the interior of Flying Dragon, the interior concept is diverse but focuses on the use of dark woods. The main deck of the luxury yacht Flying Dragon showcases large comfortable areas with full headroom opening sliding doors on the starboard side of the main saloon. ISA delivers 43.63-meter megayacht "Silver Wind"
Italian builder ISA has delivered another one of their many launches for 2014. This time, it is the 43.63-meter megayacht "Silver Wind", the first ISA 140. The exterior of Silver Wind is by Andrea Vallicelli with interior by Nuvolari & Lenard. This vessel is a hybrid vessel in terms of her power generation. She can be powered normally by her twin diesel MTU 16V 4000 M93L engines. However, her captain can turn those off and sail her at around 8-knots using electric motors. In electric mode, Silver Wind's total fuel consumption is supposed to be around 90 liters an hour for a range of 2,600 nautical miles. On the interior, she has accommodation for around ten guests in five suites. Silver Wind is 43.63-meter LOA with a beam of 8.30-meters and a draft of just 1.53-meters. Moonen Inks New Caribbean Series motoryacht "Matica"
Dutch builder Moonen Shipyards recently received a new order for the <200 GT luxury motor yacht 'Matica'. The luxury yacht Matica now represents the second project signed from Moonen’s brand new Caribbean series in the space of only two months. Having just started working on the 340 GT luxury yacht ‘Martinique’, Moonen’s quality craftsmen will now also set to work on the new order in the Matica size. Kleven moves 107-meter explorer superyacht to the water
This 107-meter explorer styled made headlines when photos of the build appeared on the internet. The large explorer is being built by Kleven under build number 366. The yacht was launched at the end of August, actually on the 30th. She is being constructed for an experienced owner who previously ran another large explorer yacht.
The design of the Kleven 107-meter superyacht explorer is by Marin Teknikk while H2 Yacht design has been commissioned to pen a sumptuous interior design. Turkish yard Mengi Yay has launched their latest megayacht from their facilities. She is 31.68-meters long and goes by the name "Serenitas". The design has been penned by Ginton Naval Architects and the interior conceptualized by BTA Design. She is finished in a light paint colour and darkened windows. Her overall appearance is subtle angular.
Built to RINA class, the steel hull megayacht boasts three internal decks. While the hull is of steel , the superstructure was constructed in aluminium. Feadship launches 60.35-meter superyacht "ROCK.IT"
Dutch superyacht builder Feadship has launched their latest superyacht today, the 60.35-meter luxury yacht bearing the name "ROCK.IT". She was built under hull number 687 with a design inside and out by Sinot Yacht Design -who are not strangers in working with Feadship-.
The brand new superyacht is full of style and class built in steel and aluminum and will have ocean-crossing range. ROCK.IT will be accommodating up to ten guests in four guest staterooms. Viking Yachts Launch First 75-foot MotorYacht
Viking Yachts, known for specializing in the luxury sportfish market, just launched their first 75-foot motoryacht, yes a 75 motoryacht that is not a sportfisherman. For now, both the interior and exterior details to the yacht are still being worked on but even at this early stage one can still have an idea what the final product will look like. The Viking 75-foot is actually more like 78.6-feet LOA, with a healthy beam of 20-feet and a slim draft of 5.5-feet.

Tansu Yachts launch 38.75-meter motoryacht "Alyssa"
Like her just delivered stable-mate ("So'Mar"), the 38.75-meter "Alyssa" was designed inside and out in-house by Tansu Yachts again with Naval Architecture by Diana Yacht Design. Only difference with Alyssa is that she is a fresh launch for Tansu Yachts, the second for 2014.
Similarly, she is done in a wooden composite construction and finished in a light grey and white paint scheme. Accommodation onboard Alyssa will be for eight guests and five crew members. Italian all-round motoryacht builder Benetti recently launched their latest custom superyacht. She is hull FB257, the 58-meter "Illusion I" with design by Green & Mingarelli. The four-deck superyacht is to accommodate up to thirteen guests with the possibility of the cinema being converted into a cabin if needed.
The interior has been done by the owners interior designer in conjunction with Benetti's in-house design office. They personally chose the style of furnishings and décor coming up with a concept that showcases pink to the forefront. Pride Yachts sell 88-meter superyacht "Illusion"
Good news from Pride Megayachts is that they have sold the already under construction 88-meter superyacht with build name "Illusion". The existence of this superyacht project was pushed to the forefront at last year's edition of the Monaco Yacht Show (MYS) and now she has been sold to an experienced yachtsman. Construction work started on Illusion back in 2011 but the yard went through some changes since then. The rebranding has now taken the yard to its current name, Pride Yachts.
The design of the 88-meter superyacht Illusion is by RMD Marine with Naval Architecture by Azure Naval Architects. The interior is by Sinot Yacht Design. Accommodation is expected to be for as many as fourteen guests. Power will be coming via a Rolls Royce Diesel-Electric package designed to push this big yacht to a maximum speed of 17-knots.
