To differentiate her to the 46-meter that debuted last Fall, she has a grey hull with black hull and mast accents. On the interior, Hull 10217 boasts accommodation for ten guests over five suites, one of them being a full-beam master suite located on the forward main deck for her European owner. The other four cabins are for guests and are located one deck below on the lower deck. Hull 10217 was launched into the water a couple days ago and is going to be prepared for sea trials afterwards...
In 2007, Bering Yachts slipped quietly onto the scene with a 55' steel hull trawler, filling a much overlooked niche for a custom, long range, steel-based trawler in a size sector dominated by production boats. From that first splash, they've been logging miles and building credibility ever since. Recently, Bering expanded their range to deliver a line of head-turning, go-anywhere displacement hull cruisers with solid CFD engineering, heavy metal construction and a systems integration plan that is direct & accessible. Enter the Bering 77' World Cruiser; a yacht built for the adventurous without Richard Branson's billfold...

It seems Porto Montenegro is 'the' spot for many of these large superyachts to visit. Benetti Splashes 56-meter Superyacht "Surpina"
Italian motoryacht manufacturer Benetti splashed the 56-meter superyacht "Surpina". She is quite different to alot of Benetti launches especially with the styling of the windows and the arrangement of the decks. She was built as hull FB267 and looks quite interesting with her squared appearance. Alot of Surpina's exterior deck space has been taken up by most of the deck structure suggesting the owner perhaps wants to hide from the sun. Onboard Surpina, she will host as many as fourteen guests in seven cabins. The Classic Italian-styled interior is punctuated by the use of marbles and white plush carpeting juxtaposed with prime wooden veneers and paneling. Mahogany meets Elm and Walnut with Rosewood details. Surpina runs on twin MTU 12V 4000 M53 series marine diesels. A 5,000 nautical mile range can be achieved at a more sedate 12-knots...

OceAnco 110-meter Superyacht Y714 (Jubilee)
Dutch superyacht builder OceAnco smoldered their national competition with the launch of the 110-meter Casco for yard number Y714. Just a few weeks ago Feadship held the title for launching the largest yacht in the Netherlands with hull 808, 101-meter "Symphony". That prestige did not last for long when OceAnco's subcontracting builder Zwijnenberg slid the 110-meter Y714 into the water for the first time. The yacht will now be towed to OceAnco's finishing facilities in Alblasserdam. It is assumed that hull Y714 will become the first superyacht to utilize OceAnco's brand new indoor finishing drydock. Not alot is known about the 110-meter Y714 but we do know that she is designed by Igor Lobanov. A visit to the design company's website is met with a banner displaying that the superyacht is a confidential project...
125-meter Project 'Tatiana' Launches at Lurssen
The 125-meter Project 'Tatiana' emerged from the floating dry dock at Lurssen at the end of the week. Anticipation was building that launch was imminent when photos surfaced of the yacht in full view inside the floating dry dock. Even though visible, details surrounding this particular yacht are quite scarce and that isn't surprising since this is confidential project of Lurssen. Although unconfirmed, it is quite possible that Project Tatiana is the successor to the Golden Fleet. A comparison of the badges on both yachts -even though Tatiana's is covered- lends credibility to this notion. As to the design of the new 125-meter superyacht, it is said to be from the boards of Martin Francis. The displacement superyacht weighs in at around 7,600 tonnes and is suggested to be powered by a diesel-electric propulsion package. The yacht conceals a number of interesting features...

She has hybrid power source and thus takes the distinction of being Benetti's first hybrid superyacht. Not only is she hybrid in propulsion but she also has been built a bit differently. Her construction is in fiberglass and aluminium, however, the fiberglass is the hull and the aluminium is on the superstructure, some may have been expecting it to be the other way around. Vica has accommodation for her guests in four cabins on the lower deck. The master/owner's suite is on forward end of the main deck and features a private balcony on the starboard side. If needed there is an additional cabin space on the upper deck. Crew are located forward on the lower deck...
Sunrise Yacht's Third 45-meter Megayacht Under Construction
After the successes enjoyed by Sunrise Yachts with the current units in the Sunrise 45-meter series, they announce a third hull is currently under construction. Cast your minds back just to 2014 where this Turkey-based yard completed the 45-meter "Atomic", the second 45-meter in the series. Of course, the debut hull, then named "Africa" was built in 2009. A third one is now in build currently at their Antalya facilities is another tri-deck. The full displacement megayacht has had her keel laid already and having her structure fleshed out. This series of yacht is definitely a winner with both of them being recognized in international media constantly and the Atomic being able to have been a finalist in the World Superyacht Awards last year. The third hull is also for sale for a prospective owner asking €18,700,000. Also expect this hull to be completed in 2017...
