IAG Yachts have launched their first yacht of 2016 and she is a 41-meter luxury vessel named "Serenity". Diesel-electric engines are onboard that allows her to run at a top speed of 18-knots...

With a long bow there is a helipad on the bow and that helipad has a dedicated garage for the helicopter below. There is an expansive beach club on the aft lower deck...
New 25M SWATH Vessel By Abeking & Rasmussen
SWATH (Small Waterplane Area Twin Hull) is a hullform that many yacht builders generally do not build but German company Abeking & Rasmussen recently launched a 25M yacht with this hullform. The petit looking vessel is actually more spacious than you would think because of its wider footprint thanks to the twin hulls. There has been no name released so far for the vessel but it was built as hull 6500...
New AB100 30-meter Yacht Launched
AB Yachts launched a brand new AB100 performance luxury yacht recently. The two-toned metallic grey yacht appears to be the first AB100 to be launched for the year 2016 so far from the Italian yacht manufacturer. This yacht does not play, there is serious power below-decks to propel the 30-meter vessel to an astounding 52-knots. Of course, in typical AB style, three engines are linked to three waterjets to produce this blistering performance...

Lurssen On The Cusp Of Launching 100+Meter Project 'Mistral'
In two days, German custom superyacht manufacturer Lurssen will launch yet another superyacht. Although the length is not confirmed by Lurssen, they say it is 100+ meters long but we believe it is in the region of 106-meters. They also confirm when the new superyacht is going to launch, Saturday April 16th! Details surrounding the build are tight-lipped as usual but it appears to be an exciting design by Espen Oeino. There is a prominent design line integrated into the hull similar to what Tim Heywood does on many of his designs... the major difference is this 'Espen line' doesn't swoop-down to the anchor pocket to copy blatantly. She will launch from the floating dock 31 months after her keel was laid in 2013. Project Mistral will be delivered later in the year and will be the second yacht Lürssen will deliver in 2016...

Second MCY105 "Serendipity" Launches By Monte Carlo Yachts
Monte Carlo Yachts launched the second hull in the MCY105 series earlier this year and now the yacht has completed sea trials satisfactorily. Delivery to her owner should be very soon. It's easy to distinguish the second hull, named "Serendipity", from the first hull in the series ("G"). Although they appear pretty similar design wise on the exterior, the paintwork sets the two apart easily. Serendipity has a rather light and soft blue hull with a cool white superstructure and this contrasts with the much darker grey and black colour selection on the first hull...
