Second Amels 200 Launched In Holland
The latest Amels 200 has been launched at the Dutch yard in Holland. Hull 200/02 took to the water after starting construction on spec and then finding an owner recently. Italian yard Baglietto has a new order for another superfast yacht or at least it appears that way. The last article YF wrote on a Superfast Baglietto yacht under construction at this yard was for a 42-meter vessel with delivery in mid-2022. Now there is news from the yard of a Superfast 41-meter that is slated for delivery in 2023. Being built from aluminum as Hull 10242, the design is by Francesco Paszkowski on both the exterior and interior. This delivery from Numarine's flourishing 26XP line might be their 12th unit overall but it marks the first hybrid-solar specimen. A new model has been released by the Holterman yard. She is called the X-54 and in a press release the yard detailed the latest member of the X-line. Latest member because the yard already unveiled the X-105 since March 2020 and at the time they did suggest that two smaller designs were 'in development'. The design of the X-54 is by Bernd Weel Design and showcases a modern and sleek profile. Naval Architecture is by Kitty van der Kamp Design.
