The latest launch from Dutch builder Van der Valk is a 26-meter vessel the owners christened "Helga". In case you are wondering, Helga means blessed in Old Norse. X-54 Unveiled By Holterman Yachts
A new model has been released by the Holterman yard. She is called the X-54 and in a press release the yard detailed the latest member of the X-line. Latest member because the yard already unveiled the X-105 since March 2020 and at the time they did suggest that two smaller designs were 'in development'. The design of the X-54 is by Bernd Weel Design and showcases a modern and sleek profile. Naval Architecture is by Kitty van der Kamp Design. At around 16.60-meters this puts the vessel at 54.4-feet long with a 4.90-meter (16.17-feet) beam. At this size, the draft is not much more than a meter coming in at 1.25-meters...

New Tradition and Explorer Designs Surface At Cheoy Lee
Cheoy Lee's yacht division has been hard at work behind the scenes developing a new range of yachts. The yard has added new members to the Explorer and Tradition families and the designs to these can be seen on their website. Cheoy Lee has partnered with Overing Yacht Designs to pull together the exterior designs for the new yachts while Sylvia Bolton Design has penned the interiors. The Tradition family is joined by the Cheoy Lee 118 Tradition. This vessel has a five-cabin layout as the standard configuration featuring a main deck master suite with two twins and two doubles on the lower deck for ten (10) guests. A country-style kitchen, salon and master suite are on the main deck. The skylounge and bridge are on the upper deck with a smaller sun deck fitted with jacuzzi and al-fresco dining. Italian yard Baglietto recently signed their latest yacht which is a member of the DOM (Domus-home) line of yachts. This time it is a DOM133 which is the 40-meter variant of the line and this makes it the second one to be sold. Just recently the yard delivered the first DOM123, slightly smaller variation called "Run Away". The second DOM133 is presently under construction which means it likely started build on spec. Work is well underway on the first member of the new sports TØ range from Italian yacht builder Pershing Yachts.
