A new design has emerged from Codecasa. It is for a 58-meter superyacht which has started construction on spec. It is under construction as C.127 and is naturally available for sale with a delivery time period in 2023. Asian Owner Buys In-Build Monte Carlo Yachts 105 Skylounge
An in-build unit from the 105 Skylounge model by Monte Carlo Yachts has been sold to an Asian owner who plans to take delivery next year. The specimen is actually the first customer-bound hull of the MCY 105 Skylounge. Once launched it will become the yard's largest model alongside the regular MCY105 as well as most defining yacht they build. The design is by Italian duo from Nuvolari and Lenard (Carlo and Dan) and they have sculpted a craft that pins voluminous spaces throughout for the interiors...

The Italian Sea Group's brand Admiral Yachts has sold their in-build GC Force 66 model, currently known as Project 'JAS'. The superyacht is actually 65.9-meters and is expected to be delivered to her owner in 2023. 50-meter "Piacere" Launched By Rossi Navi
A new yacht has been launched by the Rossi Navi yard. She is called "Piacere" and is a 50-meter yacht commissioned by an American client. The exterior is by Horacio Bozzo Design while the interior is by Team For Design. The four-deck yacht has key highlights such as a beach club, a bow internal garage for the yacht's 7-meter guest tender, 4-meter crew service tender and jet skis. Turquoise Yachts Launch 73.6-meter Superyacht "Roe"
A near 74-meter superyacht is the latest build to launch at Turkish manufacturer Turquoise Yachts. She is called "Roe" and was built as hull NB66 to a Vallicelli and C Yacht exterior as well as a Ken Freivokh interior. The construction was in steel for the hull and aluminum for the superstructure. Onboard she will likely host twelve (12) guests but she does have accommodation to satisfy up to fourteen (14) guests across seven (7) cabins. Tankoa Yachts Unveil Sportiva 55
Something new has been unveiled by Tankoa Yachts. In a live zoom event the yard recently unveiled renders for the Sportiva 55 which is a 55-meter superyacht belonging to the new Linea Line of superyachts the yard is offering to customers. The largest of the Linea Line should be around 65-meters while the smallest yacht will be 45-meters. We will be focusing on the 55-meter specimen in this article. Overall the design by Luca Dini appears to fall in line with alot of what this yard has been doing in the last few years but there are some key additions and features that will make this new boat appear different for a vessel in the 50 to 55-meter range...

The first hull in the new Riviera 78 Motor Yacht presently under construction in Australia has been sold by a brokerage company in Thailand. At this stage it is unclear which configuration and layout of the 78 MY has been chosen. The model can have an enclosed flybridge or it can be open.
