47-meter megayacht "Lady Dee" completed by Acico Yachts
Dutch Yacht manufacturer Acico Yachts, formerly Dutch Yacht Builders, attained another milestone with the successful delivery of another of their megayachts. She is the 47-meter "Lady Dee" with design by Dutch yacht design firm Cor D Rover. Acico are also expected to soon launch a slightly larger yacht with a near 50-meter LOA, expected to be called "Nassima".
Lady Dee was built under project name DYB47 and YF reported her launch but that occured and was lowkey with little media blitz. On the interior Lady Dee berths ten guests in five cabins. There is also room to host her approximate thirteen crew members. Lady Dee is now completed and sailing to new destinations. Acico now zooms their attention on the next build to launch, Nassima. She is expected to be displayed at the upcoming Monaco Yacht Show (MYS) in September 2012...
Trinity Yachts announce the delivery of the 57-meter "Lady Linda"
Trinity Yachts is pleased to announce the delivery of the exquisite "Lady Linda", the 187’ (57.0m) tri-deck semi-displacement custom built aluminum superyacht. Perini Navi delivers 50-meter aluminum ketch
This yacht is the second vessel in the new 50 meter aluminum series and was launched on April 2nd, 2012. Hull C.2173, was designed by Perini Navi’s in-house naval architects in collaboration with New Zealander Ron Holland. The ketch sail plan, designed and built by the Perini Navi Group’s Mast Department, totals over 1,400 square meters and is handled through 11 reel captive winches. The main and mizzen masts measure 56.7m and a 43m respectively, and are in aluminum while the furling boom and spreaders are in carbon fiber.
The hull has an opening transom that becomes an ample beach platform. The 19’ main tender is housed under the fore deck in a flush tender well that also houses a catamaran that can be mounted for day sailing. The superstructure has been completely redesigned with two large skylights...
NED 70 launched by Dutch builders NED Yachts
Dutch Builders NED Yachts launched the Vripack designed NED 70. She is slender but powerful featuring the LDL principle. Designed according to LDL, in which LDL stands for Low Displacement Length. A modern word, but a principle that is at least one century old. This means that not the ships volume is essential, but the lines of the ship itself are leading in the design.
The all-aluminum NED 70 by Vripack has two guest cabins in the back of the ship. The owners cabin is situated in the front. The guest cabins are big, each with its own bathroom with a separated toilet and shower compartiment. All horizontal surfaces – including the floors – are finished in Corian. Rossi Navi recieves new order for 48-meter motoryacht
Further good news comes from Italian superyacht manufacturer Rossi Navi. The news is on a new order garnered, a 48-meter motoryacht. She is hull number FR028, a sister to FR027 ("Prince Shark") currently under construction.
Enrico Gobbi talented hands are on the exterior design. The all-aluminum yacht will be on a semi-planing platform and expected to produce a top speed of 23-knots via twin MTU engines. The good news for Rossi Navi continues with the deliveries of "Aslec 4" and "2 Ladies" with two other yachts in build at the moment that have 2013 delivery dates.
Those are Project Prince Shark and Project "Ketos". Prince Shark was recently moved to the Viareggio facilities for fit out towards her launch date in May 2013. The new 48-meter just signed will deliver in May 2014. Keel laying is expected to commence in a few days...
Canados launches 120-foot megayacht "Far Away"
During a Russian Orthodox ceremony, the latest Canados launch and the first 120-foot model was christened. She was blessed as "Far Away" at the Italian builders' facilities. The new 36.22-meter megayacht naturally jumps into flagship status for Canados since launching. Flagship status doesn't hold her back, in fact, her top speed is slated to be 29-knots with cruisin at 25-knots. This is all thanks to her pair of 2,400 horse power MTU engines.
Her design is done in-house as well as her Naval Architecture. On the inside, Francesco Paszkowski is responsible for the design. The design called for an interior that features grey as the leading colour. Cantiere delle Marche launches 86' "Percheron"
The first Darwin 86' heading for the Americas has been launched by Cantiere delle Marche. Her name is "Percheron" and she has been designed by Sergio Cutulo. Percheron has been built to RINA class and satisfy MCA compliance.
On the Floris and Veglia interior of the Percheron there are four ensuite cabins. After delivery she will be in the company of her owners where she will enjoy the joys of Summer cruising in the Mediterranean. After she will cross the Atlantic to head to the U.S for the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.

Feadship delivers 78.5-meter superyacht "Hampshire II"
Dutch custom and semi-custom yacht manufacturer Feadship promptly delivered the stunning 78.5-meter superyacht "Hampshire II". This yacht was known as hull 806 while under construction. Redman Whiteley Dixon are responsible for the yacht's design.
Hampshire II boasts many unique and welcomed features that her experienced owner requested. For instance, there is a crow's nest elevator located at the back of the main mast that can take one or two guests to the top of the mast and provide stunning views from a unique perch.
Additionally, the heli-pad located on the foredeck/bow can be converted into a sports court by netting the perimeter. Then, basketball, football and badminton can be played on the court. If more adventurous, you can use the zipline feature to take a ride down into the water...
"GOF" is the latest 83' sloop completed by Baltic Yachts
The last 83-foot sloop by Baltic Yachts was launched early in Spring and completed as well as delivered to her owner(s) a few months ago in May. Her name is "GOF" and features a design by Judel Vrolijk.
On the interior, GOF is done in collaboration with R&J Design. The interior is easily described as minimalist aesthetic. In the accommodation sector, six guests can be hosted. There are three cabins, a master stateroom and two double cabins. A crew of four are on hand to run the functions of GOF as well as cater to the owner and guests. Abu Dhabi Mar-Kiel completes 73-meter superyacht "Plan B"
The new Project 422 by Abu Dhabi Mar-Kiel is now completed and delivered. She was launched a few months ago in May where her name was finally revealed as "Plan B". Among her special features is a touch-and-go heli-pad located on the roof of the bridge. Expansive and relaxing regions exist on the exteriors with cosy corners incorporated. Plan B features twin MTU 16V 4000 M60 marine diesels.
Essentially, Plan B is the first yacht to be completed and delivered by the now rebranded HDW yard which is now called Abu Dhabi Mar-Kiel. The 73-meter superyacht has a design drawn up by Focus Yacht Design while the interior is by the very talented H2 Yacht Design. She was built with a steel hull and aluminum superstructure. Additionally Plan B's new sister hull 423 has been shifted for her fit out towards her launching in 2013...
Late this Spring Baltic Yachts signed a contract for a spectacular 108-footer designed by Javier Jaudenes. This hi-tech racer/cruiser will have a displacement of only 82 tonnes, and the emphasis on minimal weight will follow the boat throughout the project. The modern, powerful lines – typified by the wide transom and in combination with the light-weight construction, will ensure fast, easy sailing for "WinWin".

Sabre Cat completes 40-meter PowerCat "Zenith"
The new Sabre Cat 40-meter power cat luxury yacht launched back in April 2012 at the Austal Service Yard in Henderson, Australia is now completed. As YF reported she is called "Zenith" and bears a striking blue hull and white superstructure.
Zenith will give you top speeds above 25-knots thanks to her twin MTU 12V 4000 M90 diesels and an impressive range of up to 3,500 nautical miles. Actually her top speed is closer to 30-knots and cruising at just above 20-knots.
The all-aluminum yacht her Naval Architecture and engineering work done by Incat Crowther, whilst exterior design was supported by Waterline Design, who also designed the very luxurious and opulent interior. The vessel is in Survey to Lloyds Register, under a Cayman Islands flag. IC0832 is the hull number she was built under at Incat Crowther. Zenith is currently available for sale...
The new Pershing 82' motoryacht
The new Pershing 82' model is expected to launch next month according to schedule. Pershing's yachts are known for blistering performance and sporting-edge styling. The 82' will be no different boasting a top speed of 45-knots via her two MTU 1,792kW engines. This speedster will give you a range, if you slow down, of 300-nautical miles or more.
At current, a few Pershing 82's are under construction but the first will be launched next month. A quick look at her accommodation states that the standard version will host guests in Master stateroom, VIP-type stateroom, and two other guest cabins. The Festival de la Plaisance in Cannes is the venue where the new Pershing 82' is expected to make her world debut in September but the yacht itself will techically launch in July.

Yachting Developments hand over 30.48-meter sailing catamaran "Q5 Quintesential"
Auckland boatyard Yachting Developments has successfully completed sea trials and delivered "Quintessential" to her owner less than three weeks after launching. Also known as yard build number YD66, Quintessential is one of the largest composite sailing Superyacht catamarans on the planet, measuring 100ft (30.48m) in length and a staggering 48 feet (14.63m) in beam.

Vulcan 46-meter megayacht launches at Vicem
The first hull in the 46-meter Vulcan series has been launched by Vicem in Turkey. She just left the building shed and will be competed this Summer. She bears both Naval Architecture and design by Frank Mulder. The composite-built mega yacht sits on a semi displacement hull.
Twin MTU engines are onboard for a running top speed of 25-knots with an efficient range of 4,000 nautical miles at 12-knots. On the interior the 46-meter Vicem yacht boasts a modern interior by Art-Line. Accommodation for twelve guests are in six cabins and they include a full-beam master suite on the main deck and a VIP as well as two doubles and two twins situated on the lower deck. Additionally, we can expect a 32 and 35-meter to be launched from Vicem this year.

AB Yachts complete AB116 "Diamond" sportyacht
Guido de Groot and AB Yachts collaborated on the recently delivered AB116 called "Diamond". Of course Guidio de Goot's work has been on the interior design of Diamond.
Diamond features a split level main salon, which follows the AB tradition of creating large vertical spaces ahead of the helm position. The yacht features a generous full beam master cabin, with a spacious bathroom, and relaxation lounge. She also has a fitness room that can be converted in a twin cabin, a further two twin cabins and a VIP double cabin.
The new AB116 is run by three MTU 16V2000 M93 CR engines, producing 2400 HP each, with 3 MJP water jets that allow the new AB 116 to reach a maximum speed of 46 knots...
Acico Yachts 50-meter superyacht "Nassima"
Acico Yachts will soon launch the near 50-meter superyacht "Nassima". She is scheduled for delivery in August and will star at the 2012 Monaco Yacht Show (MYS). The all-aluminum superyacht has been designed by Oliver van Meer. According to Acico, the interior has been designed by Maja von Dewitz of VDP Studio GmbH.
The three-deck superyacht is expected to have a performance top speed of 18-knots and cruising of 14-knots. At. 10-knots she is billed to have a range of over 8,500 nautical miles. Her aft garage plays host to a Mini Cooper S and two Ducati devil motor bikes, how's that for a special feature!
Coherent and well thought use of space has been implemented throughout Nassima’s three decks. The owner will enjoy a large personal gym and spacious stateroom on the upper deck whilst the lower deck features a full beam VIP cabin and four twin guest cabins...
New Hakvoort CR-40 megayacht for sale
New construction by Hakvoort is currently being offered for sale. The new design is a 40-meter mega yacht by Claydon Reeves, Project CR-40. CR-40 will be built to full Lloyds and MCA classification.
Naval Architecture is by Diana Yacht Design (DYD) and the design is by Claydon Reeves. Accommodation for up to twelve guests is in five staterooms. CR-40's range isn't too far under 4,000 nautical miles (3,800) thanks to her efficient hull design and twin CAT marine engines of 920-horse power each.
