50-meter Superyacht In Build At Mayra Yachts

Mayra Yachts based in Turkey is currently working on a 50-meter superyacht due to be launched in 2016. The builder highlighted this at the 2015 Monaco Yacht Show (MYS) back in September and will be anticipating the debut of this yacht in-the-flesh at the 2016 edition of the show. At this point, the yacht is going by the name 'Euphoria' and is being built in both steel and aluminium. Project Euphoria appears to have accommodation for up to ten guests in five cabins. Four on the lower deck for guests and the owner's suite forward on the main deck. Crew cabins for nine are forward on the lower deck.

The 49.90-meter yacht is being built RINA classification and take in DMS, Green Star rating, LY2. Her maximum beam is just over 8.50-meters and a draft of 2.70-meters at full ship. She also comes in below the 500 GT threshold. Maximum speed is expected to be 16.5-knots and a 12-knot economical speed to give a 4,500 nautical mile trans-Atlantic range all to be confirmed on sea trials. This stylish design is sure to catch the attention of yacht enthusiasts especially with her reverse swooping lines plunging from the upper deck to the main deck going aft.
