  1. Lurssen's Project "Orchid" Completes Seatrails

According to Lurssen, the exterior of Project Orchid is designed to create a harmonious balance. The exterior and interior design are by Reymond Langton Design who used sweeping curves and long proportions in contrast to strong, edgy lines that sculpt Orchid's surfaces, purposely designed to create a sharp contrast with highlights and shadows that give the superstructure a unique form that subtly changes in different lighting conditions. Project Orchid recently concluded her sea trials in the Baltic Sea and her final delivery is planned for late summer 2015.
  2. Orchid's 91-meter (298') profile allows for generous exterior decks that offer range of options for guests to enjoy, from sun-drenched, open entertainment areas to more sheltered, intimate formal spaces. The crew is now working closely with the Yacht Management and Project Coordination team for final handover. Project Orchid will be privately used and will head to Norway for her maiden voyage and for a crew training trip. From there she will make her way from Europe across the Atlantic to enjoy the sun for the winter season between Florida, the Bahamas and The Eastern Caribbean islands.
