Come on OB, give us a break! How many slip through the cracks? The problem with the screening process is I'm still without a cable connection, but Lars is always vigilant. He deleted the thread and I subsequently removed the Chatty chick. We could put new members on hold until approved, but it's annoying to most people. Why make it difficult for everyone when only a few come to spam?

Lol. Honestly it wasn't as annoying as the pretender brokers or manufacturers. I think you do a great job of screening but just found that one humorous.

May I add one thing to this, when a known member, like OB, responds in a new thread, I think the content is OK and don´t always check it out immediately. In this case of course her nick was a giveaway, but in general, it would be better to not respond to spam.

True....most of the time I report it, but didn't with her. I just wasn't bothered as much by her as those who try to get by with something. She did make it clear what she was here for. Wonder how many checked her out.

Ditto on this. When a respected member of the forum posts to a thread, I don't necessarily check the post unless I have specific interest. These are folks we've come to trust. YF is as much their forum, as ours. When it's someone new, you can bet we check it. Thank you OB for being diligent as well!

Darn... I missed all the action because of supper? I need to tell my wife to reschedule our meals.

Cam: Camcorder.

Web cam. It stands for you pay money to her or others she promotes and in turn they're remove clothes and do things on cam for you to view. Now, many of those who spam boards are just getting paid for getting people to sign up on the cam site. As Rizzo said, there are worse things a girl can do.
