Classic Hargrave styling and fine condition make YIA SOU very desirable. She is also one of the best values on the market. She has five staterooms including the master on deck, 2400 mile range at 10 knots, shining Awlgrip paint, all teak interior.

    ARRANGEMENT PLAN:
Euro stern with swim platform, hydraulic passarelle and transom door to very large, walk-around lazarette. Stairway up to large open, covered aft deck.

Next forward on the main deck is an enclosed air conditioned second aft deck. Then are the main salon, dining area, galley, large pantry and master stateroom.

The lower deck has a full width king stateroom aft and queen stateroom sharing bath with one of two triple berth staterooms. Stairway leads up to main salon.

Forward of galley is a stairway down to the engine room and crew quarters with crew galley and lounge, captain’s cabin ensuite and two crew cabins sharing a head.

Top deck access is from the passage forward of the galley and leads up to pilothouse, skylounge with sleeper sofa and day head and open covered aft deck with built in seating and boat deck with several chairs, two davits, the tender and toys.

YIA SOU had a major refit in 2000. This included a complete bottom peel, then 3 layers of blister protect epoxy were applied and 2 coats of new paint. The transom was changed from cockpit to Euro Style with an integrated swim platform. The aft deck roof was extended. New flooring in galley, hall and wheelhouse. New teak decks from Teak Decking Systems. Complete Awlgrip and super structure paint. An excess of half a million dollars was spend on her refit. Under the current owner since 2005, maintenance and upgrades have been generous including Awlgrip paint in 2007. Excellent appearing condition.
