Just a heads-up... YF is going offline for a few hours on Sunday eve for software updates. Sorry for any inconvenience.

The update is complete. If anyone notices any quirks, please let me know.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I didn't notice any loss of service so it must have all gone very smoothly or maybe I just didn't try to log on while it was offline:)

    Hi, Carl.
Are the updates more on the "code"?
Have not noticed any quirks in Homepage and New Posts pages.

    Hi Arnie,

This was a vB upgrade that addressed some security issues. It also included some expanded control panel features. With the exception of the calendar being brought current, there is no discernible difference for end users. Because we have so much proprietary code written for YF, it was impossible to do a simple vBulletin upgrade. It literally took months to make this happen.

Great work Carl. Even though we might not be able to see the difference per se, i'm sure the efficiency on the site will be better I mean as it is already! As Capt Tom said "how do you better perfection!"
