    Good one.

I did run into a good sized one on a jungle track in Venezuela. I was in an old Land Cruiser on a track near the river at dusk. I saw what I thought was a log lying in the pathway and was a bit slow on the breaks. THUMP, both axles went over it. Worried I may have trashed the underside, I stopped to check. With the flashlight I saw what was left of an 18 foot anaconda, Whoops.

Travelling up through Daintree to Cooktown in Queensland, Austrialia on my Suzuki 550, my girlfriend and I stopped to take some photos. Lucy leaning on a tree bough near the river, I'm just about to snap the shutter as the 'bough' moves. You could hear the gentle Irish refrain of 'Holy Sh.....!' for about 50 miles. Great photo, poor evening camping.

and then there's that strange entity that's over a hundred and fifty feet long, rarely seen until after sunset, yet has no teeth whatsoever....
