Which Boat?

    Hi,

    I'm writing a novel. A key 'character' in the novel is a speedboat. I've been looking online for a suitable boat but have not found one yet. I'd appreciate suggestions that I can research further.

    The boat should fit the following criteria;

    It should be fast - at least fast enough to easily outrun police boats.
    It should look fast.
    It should be comfortable enough to lounge around on all day.
    It should be open top.
    It should cost north of £200K.

    Any advice on this would be very gratefully received.

    have a look at Wally yachts. They build some iconic speed boats.

    For a more classic look, try Riva yachts

    Hi I love boat novels!

    Check out the 2011 46' Pirelli PZero 1400 Carbon Edition.

    Big enough to lounge around on all day. Very cool looking and they claim it's

    Capable of top speeds of 75 knots. Thats fast enough to outrun most police boats.

    One is on the internet priced at 468,500 Euros.

    Well, if your out running police boats I would like to think a Cigarette 38 Top Gun would be a perfect fit. The boat is pretty cool, it has the looks, has the HP, you can lounge around, there not cheap... and chicks dig them.

    A white one, with matt black and light blue detail/trim :D
