    I just noticed a pair of Volvo Penta IPS 600's for sale in the commercially oriented "boats and harbors" magazine. I have been contemplating the repowering of an older 62' Baglietto...any suggestions?

    When you say 'older 62' is it a wooden one?

    AFAIK, There is a wooden Huckins that was retrofit with IPS drives. Perhaps someone on YF who is familiar with the details will weigh in on that project as a comparison.
