Let me know ASAP if any one has an idea

Try Transmission Marine in Fort Lauderdale. If they don't work on them, I'm sure they can tell you who does.

Fordham Marine in Jax travels everywhere.
Or pull the clutch and send it in.

Have you tried the local Volvo dealers?

Unfortunately the HS 1A is an old obsolete gear
Parts are available but the specific tools are not
Need an old obsolete tool box :)

As small as it is, why don't you just replace it with a new gear, instead of trying to fix obsolete stuff?

There's one guy I forgot about that deals and fixes a lot of weird/obsolete/old stuff like that. His name is Oliver and his business is called " Yachts and diesels" and he's down in Dania Beach,FL. He's been around forever. 954-584-zero zero 42 is his phone number. He's saved my behind multiple times.
