Good day, I'm new at this. I have a Carver 3807 yr 1990. I changed the two starter batteries and everything was working fine. Then I changed the house batteries and by accident I touched the positive and negative together while one of the old batteries was still connected and it created a spark. I then took them out and put two new batteries and it seemed like everything was working fine. I then started up the engines and noticed that my Voltmeter was no longer working on the flybridge and the on the lower helm. I also noticed that my winch for the dinghy was also no longer working.
All of the breakers in the panel are on and I even switched them all off and turned them back on. I have looked everywhere for burnt fuses as I assume that is the problem but can't seem to find any fuse box anywhere other than the main panel in the salon, which is all breakers not fuses
Does anyone know if there is a main fuse box for the Carver 3807 yr 1990? Or if anyone has a solution it would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

In our old Bertram, behind the breaker panel are fuses for the Bede volt meters and panel lights.
You may also want to check your alternators and battery charger for damage.

The winch motor may have a mini pop-out breaker to look for.
