    That would be a very cool project, and 3+ M later it would be a stunner. I am assuming it is steel......

    Yea that one photo looks like a wood hull but the rust stains suggest steel. (not steal)
    I sold a Feadship that was teak over mahogany over steel frames. She was 88' +/- with a crazy extension to over 104

    After looking closer I think it IS in fact wood, I can see the seams. The rub rail and anchor plate are steel and bringing out the rust.

    So, make that 5 million.

    Buyers survey the teak planking and are impressed. Then they get in the bilges and you can remove the inner planking with a shovel. Mushy mahogany.
