    I'm considering a purchase of a viking 47 or 50. I was wondering if anyone could give me any information on what it really cost to own either model, fuel consumption ect. I have a 41 now and I would like the third stateroom, but I'm concerned on the cost to maintain a 50' boat as compared to the 47. Any input would be appreciated

    3 feet is not enough to make a big difference at that size. The difference will be little, and it's far more dependent on the prior history of each vessel.
