    I am looking to buy a Convertible in the 35-42 foot range this summer, and am looking for information and opinions on the 38 Vikings. Does anyone on here own one? Owned one? Know someone that did? Looking for cruise/top speeds with different engines

    I have a friend that has a 38 Viking, I think a 1990. She is powered by 6-71 Detroits TIB, 485 hp. I own a 86 41' Viking with 6-71 ti's 450 hp, I run at 1800 rpm at 20-21 knots.
