Hi, is there no one who has a broken Twin Disc MG 502 that can take parts off? Because the Twin Disc MG 502 on my boat has broken,
502s are darn tough clutches. IMO, you have to have really bad luck or tried hard to break them. But most T D clutches come apart the same way. What stopped working for you?
Just the oil pump is one thing, everything down current after is probably trashed also. Case, shafts and cover parts Will be difficult. If it over heated, damaged or blew up some internal parts, you may need to shop for a whole clutch. From your clutches tag, you will need the serial number, ratio, build and spec number to go shopping with if you need to match the other clutch. Not sure how it is in your part of the world, here in the states, we have magazines full of used part advertisements. For example; https://www.boats-and-harbors.com/classified/category/Gears For Sale/
