I’m in the process of “attempting” to change the rollers on above referenced aluminum doors (Hatters 2003 75 CPMY). Doors came off easily enough, but now I’m stuck... It “appears” that the bottom rail of door will need to be removed to access rollers, seems excessive for routine maintenance. ... Has anyone been through this exercise? If I do need to remove bottom rail, what’s plan “B” if all goes to hell and parts get boogered-up? Manufacture one off custom doors for specific opening? Brett
Have you contacted trend marine? I ordered an aft deck sliding door seal a few months ago for the 84 Lazzara i run. Very responsive and shipped the seal quickly from the U.K. Hatteras should also have the info and parts.
