Hi. My wife and I are building a villa at the new Four Seasons in Cabo, which will open in February 2024. We are interested in swapping time in our villa for time on someone's yacht, but we have no idea how to go about seeing if there is a market for this. Does anyone know of a website or app that creates a market place for owners of boats and homes to swap time? If not, any recommendations to figure out how to reach owners of yachts to gauge interest? Thanks for your help.

Thank you. Like you said, it doesn't seem to have much traction. Bummer. Wonder why there isn't more interest around this.

Maybe because yachts are more complicated than condos and it is not an even swap? Most folks can find the breaker for the oven in a condo, well maybe not, but having trouble on a yacht is a different thing than in a condo.

Lol, we just had a similar conversation aboard...a house needs a breaker reset. A boat needs an engineer.

It would have to be a crewed charter on bigger boats but then why not just charter a boat and rent your villa…

Yeah I was thinking it would for sure need to be a crewed chartered boat. Something larger.
