    I have been looking into working in the yacht industry and really wanted to be a chef (I already cook but no credentials). So I'm headed to culinary school and will be finished by end of 2008 and on my way to Ft. Lauderdale.

    I'd like to make some contacts and just chat about the work and life of a chef on private yachts. If anyone is interested in discussing their experiences, please do share.
